Becoming a Man

I am the inspiration that midwives dream work to reality. I'm especially effective with millenials and Gen X. I'm experiencing coaching from others as I build my practice. I have one group that meets on Tuesdays 7:30 to 8:30pm over Times Square and I coach a couple individuals. No means no. I encourage others to spend time in quiet assessment to discover their boundaries and sharing them with others can be gentle even if you're riddled with emotions. The edge is scary; it's exactly where we are when we grow. And setting boundaries with yourself and others may be the first step and the most powerful work you can do.

it's been two years

After the Rowe retreat this year, I've decided to start thinking about how we connect in groups. I believe that if we meet in groups of 6-8, one hour a week for 10 weeks we can change a behavior or develop tools to address something annoying in our lives. Humans are social beings. The connectivity to others helps us stay accountable to our deepest desires. Most human trouble seems to come FROM our relationship with others, so facilitated groups that help us develop our ability to interact with each other in a healthy way can cause healing vibes to manifest in all areas of our lives. I suffer from escalating anxiety in relationships with others. I end up taking on way more than is humanly possible. It was so clear when I stepped away from my desk completely for a couple days. I'm dreading going back in. So this next foray into writing is to outline some steps I'm taking with the support of others to improve my effectiveness at work
